Delete your account

1. From the U Body app (clients)

1. Open the U Body app, or app.ubody.ai, and log in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Demo accounts a coach uses to preview their own app can't be deleted this way.

2. From U Body Coach (coaches)

1. Open the U Body Coach app, or coach.ubody.ai, and log in.
2. Go to Settings (the circle with your photo or initials).
3. Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Deleting your account cancels your subscription right away. You won't be charged again.

3. Without the app

If you no longer have the app or can't log in, email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email on your account or including the WhatsApp number you log in with. We'll confirm the account is yours and delete it within thirty (30) days.

4. What's deleted

Immediately, as soon as you confirm:

• access to the account: no one can log in to it again, by any method;
• your sessions, your Google or Apple sign-ins, and your notifications;
• for a client account: your entire chat with its photos, videos, and voice notes, your answers to the starting questionnaire and your photos, what the assistant remembers about you, and your activity log; your name, email, and number are removed from your coach's client list;
• for a coach account: your name, email, phone, Instagram, password, and photos, the photos and videos on your page, and your permission to use AI; your page stops selling.

Within thirty (30) days: the rest of the account's data, such as your training and meal plans, your logged sets, and your body measurements, and, for a coach, your public page and your demo accounts.

5. What's kept

• A coach's billing, payment, and referral commission records, without their contact details, for as long as the law requires.
• Anonymous visit logs from our websites, for up to four hundred (400) days.

A coach's clients' accounts aren't deleted along with the coach's: each belongs to the client, who can delete it as explained above.
